Return Policy
Ren Jord loves our customers and our main goal is to make sure you are as happy as can be with every order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it better.
Here is a list of the guidelines and procedures we have in place for returning your item(s):
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that your order is shipped for a full refund.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is returned to us.
- Please allow up to 10 days for package transit.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please indicate that in an email message sent to hello@ren-jord.com. An exchange order for the new item will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will be charged the difference if applicable. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We understand that things come up that may require you to change or cancel your order. We will do everything we can to assist you. Once Ren Jord initially processes your order (usually within 1 business day) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
If you wanted to purchase something after you placed an order, the order change rule applies - contact us immediately. We may be able to add it and will certainly try.
