Ren Jord loves our customers and our main goal is to make sure you are as happy as can be with every order. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything we can to make it better.
Upon arrival of your items, please review your order and look over your item(s) right way. If you feel that you've received a defective item, reach out to us within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, reach out as soon as possible so we can solve any issues and make things just right.
Here is a list of the guidelines and procedures we have in place for returning your item(s):
- Items can be returned for a full refund.
- All returns must be received within 30 days* of the date that your order is shipped.
- Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
- Include your original receipt with the item marked that you'd like to return
- Shipping is non-refundable, unless Ren Jord made an error.
- Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once it is returned to us.
- Please allow up to 10 days for package transit.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different product, please indicate that in an email message sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. An exchange order for the new item will be processed and shipped out to you within 5-7 business days. You will be charged the difference if applicable. You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address on the original order. Please note that the exchange is subject to availability. If we do not have the item in stock when we receive your return, we will process the return as a gift card code.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
We understand that things come up that may require you to change or cancel your order. We will do everything we can to assist you. Once Ren Jord initially processes your order (usually within 1 business day) we will be unable to make any changes to your order.
Adding Items to an Order You Just Placed
If you wanted to purchase something after you placed an order, the order change rule applies - contact us immediately. We may be able to add it and will certainly try.
